BMA has extensive experience in hotel projects, including ancillary facilities such as restaurants, natatoriums, meeting facilities, spas and health clubs. We have developed custom prototype designs for several hotel chains, as well as designed unique boutique hotels. Many of our hospitality projects have been phased or utilized fast-track construction.
BMA not only has the ability to design and produce a project quickly, but to make the type of design decisions that will speed the construction schedule. We understand the inter-relationship of the various sub-contractors in hospitality projects as well as the interdependence of the architectural elements with the furniture, finishes and equipment.
